My Story
After years of personal development and adapting to multiple different titles I hold a deep passion for helping individuals and couples transform their lives through the power of pleasure, self-love, and authentic connection. My journey has been one of self-discovery, healing, and reclaiming my own voice, after years of navigating trauma / miscommunications, societal conditioning, and emotional suppression. I’ve learned firsthand that true transformation comes when we honor our emotions, embrace the fullness of all our energies, and align with our deepest authentic desires.
After overcoming childhood challenges, including sexual trauma, body image issues, physical sickness, and years of emotional suppression, I have come to understand the immense healing potential of pleasure, openness, and authenticity. By embracing pleasure, somatic, and energetic work, I was able to heal my body, mind, and spirit, and reclaim my power. Today, I’m committed to helping others do the same—whether by releasing limiting beliefs, letting go of stories, or stepping fully into their own authentic, vibrant selves.
Through a blend of somatic, energetic, and pleasure-based modalities, I guide individuals and couples on a transformative journey to heal, communicate effectively, create boundaries, and experience pleasure that honor their true desires. I believe that when we connect with pleasure, we free ourselves from limiting stories, unlock our deepest desires, and experience life in its fullest, most extraordinary form.

Pleasure is everywhere. Here we learn how to heal and live connecting to our pleasure. We do the inner work in pleasure way. We also learn about the power of desires, sexuality, and sensuality that can go into your daily and intimate life. Erotic energy is power!
Somatics
This is amazing at moving stagnant energy inside of you. This is your movement and breath practices. These practices are powerful for releasing, moving forward, and clearing. I will lead your through experiences and give you tools that can be used for the rest of your life!
Why all three?
All these modalities are extremely powerful and important on their own but throughout my years of healing I always felt like there was something missing that was until I connected all three together. With all three I changed my entire life and wanted to share the power of this work.
